Abletech Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://aedlocations.co.nz (the “Site”) and the AED iOS and Android apps (the “Apps”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and Apps.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and Apps. By using the Site or Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our Site or Apps, we do not collect, store or retain any Personal Information.
If you submit a new AED location using the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information includes your name, email address and phone number (“Personal Information”). Once submitted, this information will be retained indefinitely, unless you request for it to be deleted.
You may request that this data be deleted by emailing support@abletech.co.nz.
